At HLife-Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Herbalife purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start the process, simply contact us to request a Return Form — we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please send the completed form together with the product.

Exchange Policy
Need a different product? No worries. You can exchange any Herbalife nutrition or personal care item within 30 days of receipt. Just contact us, and our team will assist you step-by-step. Return shipping is on us for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement right away. Return shipping for the damaged item will also be covered.

Lost or Stolen Returns
Please note that HLife-Store cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
